This is an inventive and earnest split overall, with two divergent bands displayed. Past Mistakes are the best emo band i've heard in a while with solid melodic vocals and a good deal of energy. Redwinterdying mix the same sound with death metal vocals, making this a unique split.
-Punk Planet
Pastmistakes has further evolved away from their punk/emo beginning and headed more toward what some call 'dreamcore'. A spacious, powerful, and dark sound that still maintains the melodies that proved them well from the beginning.
Reborn in 2002 from the ashes of Coexist, Redwinterdying is an audio fright fest built around a centerpiece of horror incarnate. Redwinterdying seeks through music to expose truth and reveal the passion that dwells within every soul.
